Family planning helps individuals and couples choose whether and when to have children. We provide confidential counseling on temporary and permanent options while considering health, age, breastfeeding, menstrual patterns and future pregnancy wishes.

Available choices may include barrier methods, oral medicines, injectable or intrauterine contraception and permanent procedures. Each method has different benefits, effectiveness, side effects and follow-up needs, which are discussed before a decision is made.

No single method is best for everyone. Our goal is to help patients make an informed, voluntary choice and understand correct use, warning signs and when to return for review or a change in contraception.
